I know there are people that get discouraged when their supervisors or employers do not reward them for excellent performance whether through pay rise, promotion, complements, etc. My advice to you is to keep on keeping on, if they will not reward you the market will reward you it’s just a matter of time! Keep on grinding, and keep on pushing the market is too big to ignore your effort and performance!
On your side, open your eyes too! The market is too big.
