The Top

In your pursuit of your destiny you naturally want to be at the top of your business, career, ministry, politics etc etc The top spot comes with its own challenges, people hurl insults at you, some want you to fall down; it’s just part of human nature. Insults, envy and jealousy will come from the least expected people. As you rise to the top you need to develop a thick skin by among other things you need to;

  1. To get inspiration from the word of God, the Bible declares that your enemy will come in one direction but will scatter in seven directions.
  2. Engage your circle for encouragement and make sure there is no Judas in that circle.
  3. At the top you listen more and talk less.
    4.Ensure you are extremely good at what you are doing; be agile, innovative and diligent.
  4. Do not be all over the place, find some time to reflect.
  5. Consider peer reviews for honest feedback
  6. Engage with people that are at your level for insights; birds of the same feathers flock together.
  7. Be good to people, kumakhala ndi umunthu!
    Aim for the top, it’s rewarding and the feeling is great, the attention is great but be ready for it!
